Commander William C. Park, Courier No. 1 of Joint Task Force One, who arrived in Washington today with still and motion pictures of the Atom Bomb test at Bikini, is the first eye witness of the test to arrive in Washington. He is on Vice Admiral Blandy's staff as Director of Public Release Photography (Motion Picture and Still).
